Founded with a passion for animals and a commitment to helping others, Nova K9 Academy was created to provide personalized, in-home dog training that fits real life. I believe that every dog has the potential to be calm, confident, and well-behaved, and every owner deserves the knowledge and tools to make that happen.
The name “Nova” carries a deeper meaning. This business was created in memory of a beloved dog who made a lasting impact and inspired a lifelong passion for working with animals. After her passing, Nova K9 Academy became a way to carry her legacy forward by helping other dogs live better, fuller lives and strengthening the bond they share with their owners.
My approach focuses on more than just obedience. I work to understand each dog individually, addressing behavior at its root while guiding owners every step of the way. Whether it’s a new puppy learning the basics or a dog overcoming reactivity, our goal is to create lasting results that carry into everyday life.
