Refund Policy
At Nova K9 Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized dog training services. Due to the time, preparation, and individualized nature of our programs, the following refund policy applies.
Training Packages

All training packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

Packages are reserved specifically for each client and dog, and time slots are held in advance.
Before Training Begins

If a client cancels before the first scheduled session, a refund may be issued.

Any refund prior to the first session may be subject to a processing or booking fee.
Unused Sesssions

Unused sessions from a package are non-refundable.

In certain cases, sessions may be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
Single Sessions

Single training sessions are non-refundable once completed.

If canceled with proper notice (24+ hours), the session may be rescheduled.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

No-shows are considered completed sessions and are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Nova K9 Academy understands that unexpected situations may arise. Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Results Disclaimer
Dog training results depend on consistency, environment, and owner participation. Because of this, results are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on training outcomes.
