Services

Nova K9 Academy provides private, in-home dog training services. All services are tailored to each individual dog and owner based on their specific needs and goals.

Appointments & Scheduling​

• Training sessions are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for each session.

• Nova K9 Academy reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Payments​

• All training packages must be paid in full prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Single sessions must be paid at the time of booking or at the start of the session.

• Payments may be accepted via approved methods (cash, digital payment platforms, etc.).

Cancellations & No-Shows​

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of that session.

• No-shows are considered a completed session and are non-refundable.

 

Refund Policy​

• Training services are non-refundable once sessions have begun.

• Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Nova K9 Academy.

 

Client Responsibilities​

By participating in training, clients agree to:

 

• Follow all training instructions and homework provided

• Use humane and appropriate handling methods

• Disclose any known behavioral or medical issues

• Maintain control of their dog during sessions unless instructed otherwise

Training success depends heavily on owner consistency and participation.

Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves working with animals that may behave unpredictably. By participating in training services, clients acknowledge and accept all risks associated with handling and interacting with their dog.

Limitation of Liability

Nova K9 Academy is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after training sessions, except in cases of gross negligence.

No Guarantee of Results​

While Nova K9 Academy strives to achieve the best possible outcomes, results are not guaranteed. Success depends on multiple factors including the dog’s temperament, history, environment, and owner consistency.
